Resilience Training

What is resilience training ?

Resilience training is a set of programs designed to help people cope with and develop from stressful situations. This training is used to assist disaster responders in dealing with the suffering they witness and help persons with major health conditions better manage their obstacles.

The majority of resilience training programs include a mix of :

  •  CBT -cognitive-behavioral treatment.

  •  Mindfulness training

  •  Self-compassion skills

  •  Gratitude.

  •  Emotional control

  •  Relaxation.

  •  Setting objectives.

Why resilience training ?
